The Speco O2BLP1M is an outdoor license plate recognition (LPR) IP camera designed for lane, entrance/exit, and overhead vehicle monitoring, with PoE support and a micro SD card slot for local storage.

An outdoor security cap is recommended when installing outdoors.
Open the camera cover, insert a micro SD card, and reinstall the cover evenly.
Before starting, confirm the wall or ceiling can support 3x the combined weight of the camera and junction box.
Capture rate depends on speed, lighting, position, plate design and other factors. General guidance:
After installation, log in to the web client and check the plate's tilt angle in the captured video — it should be within -5° to 5°. If it's outside this range, adjust the camera's pan angle to correct it.
