    Setting the Correct Time

    1. Slide the Setting Switch (1) to the "TIME" position.
    2. Press the Hour button (6) to advance the display until the hour is correct.
    3. Press the Minute button (7) to advance to the correct minute.
    4. Slide the Setting Switch (1) back to "LOCK" to prevent accidental time changes.
    5. A lighted dot indicates PM; no dot indicates AM.

    Setting the Alarm Time

    1. Follow the "Setting the correct time" steps, but slide the Setting Switch (1) to the "AL" position instead.
    2. Confirm AM/PM is correct via the lighted dot, then release HOUR/MIN before releasing ALARM.
    3. Slide the Setting Switch back to "LOCK" once the alarm time is set.
    4. Slide the Function Switch (11) to "ALARM" to enable the alarm feature — otherwise the alarm will not sound at the scheduled time.
    5. A dot on the left side of the display confirms the alarm is enabled.

    Radio Operation

    • To play radio: Slide the Function Switch (11) to "ON," adjust volume (10), slide the Band Switch (13) to AM or FM, then tune with the Tuning Dial (12).
    • Reception: For best FM reception, unwind the wire antenna (17) to its full length and keep the radio away from electrical appliances that may cause interference.

    Sleep Timer

    1. Make sure the Function Switch (11) is NOT set to "ON," or the sleep function won't engage and radio will play continuously.
    2. Press the Sleep button (5) — radio plays for one hour by default.
    3. Press and hold the Sleep button to set a custom duration; it counts down from 59 minutes. Release once the desired time is reached.

    Wake to Radio

Set the alarm wake-up time per "Setting the Correct Time," then slide the Function Switch (11) to "AUTO" to enable radio wake — otherwise it will not activate at the alarm time.

    Combined Sleep/Wake Modes

    • Sleep to Radio + Wake to Radio: Combine the Sleep Timer and Wake-to-Radio steps above.
    • Sleep to Radio + Wake Buzzer: Combine Sleep Timer with the standard "Setting the Alarm Time" buzzer wake steps.

    Shutting Off the Alarm

    • Temporary (one day): Press the AL OFF button (9) — the alarm shuts off for the day and returns the next day at the same time.
    • Permanent: Slide the Function Switch (11) to OFF. The alarm remains off until the switch is returned to "AUTO" or "ALARM."

    Snooze

Press the SNOOZE button (13) after the alarm sounds — it turns off for 9 minutes and repeats up to 59 minutes total.

    Alarm Sound Selection

Slide the VIB/BUZZ/OFF switch (12) to VIB (bed shaker), BUZZ (sound), or VIB/BUZZ (both).

    Bed Shaker (Vibrator)

    1. Attach the bed shaker jack to the back of the clock at the VIBRATOR input.
    2. Slide switch (12) to VIB or VIB/BUZZ.
    3. Place the vibrator under the mattress or pillow.

    Power & Battery Backup

Attach the AC power adaptor to the AC-9V IN jack (the smaller of the two inputs — do not confuse with the VIBRATOR input). For battery backup, install a 9-volt alkaline battery (not included) under the battery cover (14/7). The LED display won't show during a power failure, but the clock keeps running and stays accurate until power returns.
