    Product Warranty

Sensative AB ("Company") warrants to the original end-user purchaser ("Purchaser") that Strips ("Product") will be free from substantial defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery, for a period of twelve (12) months ("Warranty Period"), subject to proper installation, operation, and maintenance as described in the User Manual (available at www.stripsbysensative.com).

The Company does not warrant that the Product will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that all deficiencies, errors, or non-conformities will be corrected. The warranty extends only to the original Purchaser and is not transferable.

    Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:

    • Mechanical and/or transport problems
    • External causes: accidents, acts of God, disasters, weather, air pollution, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or equipment causing electrical/RF interference violating FCC or other standards
    • Negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow the User Manual
    • Operating and storage problems; electrical power and/or telecommunications issues
    • The network or other products in the network
    • Unauthorized accessories, attachments, or modifications to the Product
    • Failure to follow installation/maintenance instructions in the User Manual
    • Physical damage from impact, dropping, improper use, or other objects
    • Service performed by anyone other than an authorized Company representative
    • Products used commercially, or goods/services not obtained from the Company

    Claims Procedure

Warranty claims are handled at www.stripsbysensative.com. Claims must be filed with the Company by the Purchaser within 30 days of the problem's manifestation. All claims of any kind related to the sale of the Product must be made in writing to the Company within 30 days of delivery (or the fixed delivery date, in the event of non-delivery), or they are deemed waived.

    Liability & Remedy

The Company disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by local law. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/revenue/use. The Purchaser's exclusive remedy is limited, at the Company's option, to replacement or repayment of the Product price for the affected portion of the Product. These remedies do not affect rights the Purchaser may have against the distributor, service provider, or retailer.
