To access the menu, set your PTZ controller to match these defaults, then press "Iris Open" (or "Open"). The menu can also be accessed by calling preset 95. Navigate with UP/DOWN to move through the menu, LEFT/RIGHT to change values, and OPEN to enter a sub-menu or confirm a selection such as EXIT MENU.

| Symptom | Fix |
|---|---|
| No picture after applying power | Check all plugs/cables are connected to the proper connectors; ensure the power supply provides correct voltage and sufficient current. |
| Picture has ripples | Check for AC ripple on the power supply (a filter may be required); check if the monitor is faulty; check other peripheral equipment for interference. |
| Picture background continuously changes color | A fluorescent lamp's magnetic field may cause color roll — increase distance between camera and fluorescent lamps. |
| Picture appears smeared | Power supply voltage may be unstable — try another supply; check cable connections and impedance. |
| Other interference | May require a SecurityTronix ground loop isolation filter. |
| Power is on but controller doesn't work | Check DIP switches for correct address/baud rate/protocol; check RS485 wire polarity at camera and controller; check integrity/continuity of the UTP cable. |
