    Overview

    The MVE-AH1E1-01NQ extends the range of traditional HDMI cabling by using an active transmitter and receiver to send video and audio over a single Cat5e/6 cable. HDMI formats up to 1080p can be transmitted up to 164ft (50m) between the two units with zero signal loss thanks to integrated circuits in the receiver and transmitter. It also supports HDMI loop output, EDID management, and one-way IR control for remotely operating HDMI sources and displays.

    Sample Application

    An HDMI source connects to the transmitter, which sends video and audio over a Cat5e/6 cable (up to 164ft / 50m) to the receiver at the display end. Two 5VDC adapters power the transmitter and receiver, and IR transmitter/receiver adapters allow a remote control at the display end to control the source device.
