    Before Starting

    • Use the camera within its rated temperature and voltage limits.
    • Do not point the camera at the sun — heat can damage it even when not in use.
    • Do not subject the camera to strong vibrations.
    • Do not mount in areas exposed to radiation, strong magnetic fields, or strong electrical signals.

    Installation Steps

    1. Run a 12VDC power supply wire and a video cable with a male BNC connector through the wall to the mounting location.
    2. Loosen the outer case ring and remove the case from the base. Note: the camera ball is not attached — it sits loose inside the case, so be careful not to drop it.
    3. Mount the base to the wall using the three included screws (use anchors for drywall, brick, or similar material).
    4. Run the camera's BNC and power connectors through the base and connect to the video/power wires run through the wall.
    5. Put the case over the camera ball and onto the base.
    6. Holding the case loosely, turn the camera ball to the desired direction. On the AMWWQ, use a small screwdriver through the marked "ZOOM"/"FOCUS" holes to adjust zoom and focus.
    7. Use the DIP switches to set the desired output format.
    8. Once positioned, tighten the outer case ring to secure the camera.
    9. Perform a final test of the camera and monitor, checking both day and night image quality.

For the full On-Screen Display (OSD) manual, download it from the camera's product page at seco-larm.com.

    Important Notes

    • Do not cut the DC jack or BNC connector jack — doing so voids the warranty.
    • Do not open the camera case — there are no serviceable parts inside.
