Privacy: No data or personal information is shared with SECO-LARM or any other party, and none is uploaded to the cloud.
Bluetooth must be enabled and the device must be in range. Practical Bluetooth range is around 60 ft (20m), less with obstacles/interference.
The device with the strongest signal appears in black text at the top of the screen. If your desired device isn't shown, tap that area and select it from the popup. Once selected, its name turns gold to confirm the selection.
Note: The Login icon remains visible even after logging in — there's no persistent visual indicator that you're logged in. You can also use your passcode directly on the keypad (type the passcode then press #) if the device has one.
Ensure the correct device appears at the top of the home screen, then press the center "Locked" button. The icon changes to "Unlocked" and the door unlocks for a duration set by the administrator. The icon display lasts ~5 seconds, which may not match the actual unlock duration.

Tap the Settings icon on the home page (Auto must be turned off to access Settings). From here you can:
Note: This setting only affects the app's Auto Unlock feature — it has no effect on the range of proximity cards/fobs.
| Symptom | Fix |
|---|---|
| Device area says "Searching…" | Ensure phone's Bluetooth is on; move closer to the device; close and restart the app. |
| Can't log in | Double-check username spelling/case/spacing and passcode; contact your device administrator. |
| "Auto" unlock not working | Confirm you're within the set proximity range; app must be loaded and phone screen on while approaching. |
