Overview

The ENFORCER Wireless Video Door Phone lets a homeowner monitor and control an entryway (door or gate) from up to 492 ft (150m) away. When a visitor presses the doorbell button on the camera unit, one of up to three lightweight wireless LCD monitors displays the visitor, allows two-way talk, taking a photo, and granting entry. The system can be expanded with up to two additional monitors and one additional camera; with multiple monitors, it also functions as an intercom system.

Specifications

Installation Notes

• Mount the camera and monitor at approximately 5 ft (1.5m) above ground; the visitor should stand approximately 2.5~5 ft (0.8~1.5m) from the camera.
• The camera tilt/pan angle can be adjusted up to 20° from centerline to compensate for suboptimal mounting.
• Avoid mounting near sources of strong electromagnetic interference or exposing the camera to direct sunlight, rain, moisture, or strong vibration.
• Neither unit contains user-serviceable parts — opening them voids the warranty.

Camera Wiring (terminal block)

• 1 (+): Positive power input — connect to the red wire of the included AC adapter or the doorbell's positive supply wire.
• 2 (–): Negative power input — connect to the black wire of the AC adapter or the doorbell's negative supply wire.
• 3 (Egress, N.O., –): Connect an optional N.O. egress device; activates the relay for the same duration as the lock delay.
• 4 (N.O.): Normally-open output — wire to the lock device for fail-secure operation.
• 5 (N.C.): Normally-closed output — wire to the lock device for fail-safe operation.
• 6 (COM): Common output — wire to the lock device's power supply.

NOTE: For 16VAC doorbell installations, wire directly from the doorbell's transformer.

Installation Steps — Camera

1. Position the camera roughly 5 ft (1.5m) above the ground, away from direct sunlight, rain, or snow. Visitors should stand 2.5~5 ft away.
2. Cut a hole for the min. 21AWG 2-conductor wire to the door unlock device and the power supply.
3. Mount the camera bracket with three screws (use anchors on drywall/brick).
4. Run the 2-conductor wire from the camera through the bracket to the optional door unlock device.
5. Install the rechargeable lithium-ion battery (backup power in case of outage).
6. Connect the AC adapter per the wiring diagram.
7. Install the monitor battery and power on both units. If the camera isn't in the bracket, the tamper alarm sounds — press "OK" on the monitor repeatedly to disable it.
8. Adjust the camera angle using the joystick on the back while viewing the image on the monitor.
9. Mount the camera into the bracket (push top then bottom in, screw in the bottom, and cover the screw with the plastic cover). Do not block the PIR sensor.

Installation Steps — Monitor

• Install the included BP-6M lithium-ion battery under the back cover.
• Recharge via the charging stand or by plugging the charger directly into the monitor.
• Hold ON/OFF for 3 seconds to power on; the display shows the ENFORCER screen.
• In standby, momentarily press ON/OFF to wake the display; the red LED flashes once every 3 seconds in standby mode.
• Low battery is indicated by 1-0 bars on the battery icon and the red LED flashing once per second.
• To power off, hold ON/OFF for 3 seconds and confirm "YES" in the shutdown menu.

On-Screen Display Menu

• Photos: View/delete photos — types are Manual (M), Automatic on doorbell press (A, 1 photo), Tamper alarm (T, 4 photos), and PIR-triggered (P, 3 photos). Stores up to 240 photos, FIFO.
• Messages: Missed-call photos, same as Automatic type; stores up to 10, FIFO.
• Time: Set time/date (24-hour format).
• Ring: Choose from Telephone (default), Doorbell, Für Elise, or Jingle Bells, with 6 volume levels.
• Language: English (default), German, Spanish, French, Russian, or Chinese.
• Setup: Motion detection (PIR on/off), Backlight time (10-60 sec), Unlocking duration (3/6/8 sec), Pairing, Alarm setting (tamper alarm on/off), Version info.

If there is no activity, the monitor exits programming mode after 35 seconds.

Operating the System

Request Entry / Receive a Visitor

1. Visitor presses the doorbell — the monitor rings and displays the camera image with a bell icon.
2. Press "OK" to accept the call (bell icon changes to a microphone icon).
3. Press "Menu/Unlock" to activate the camera's relay (unlock the door).
4. Press "Exit/View" to mute the monitor (camera can still be heard on the monitor).
5. Press "Down/Photo" for a manual photo; use Volume up/down to adjust audio; press "OK" to end the call.

View/Talk Without a Doorbell Press

1. Press "OK" or "Power" to wake the display, then "Exit/View" to monitor the camera station (select a specific camera with Up/Down if multiple are paired).
2. Press "Exit/View" again for two-way communication (microphone icon's "X" clears).
3. Press "Menu/Unlock" to unlock the optional electronic door lock; "Down/Photo" for a manual photo; "OK" to end.

Intercom Between Monitors

Supports up to 2 cameras and 3 monitors. With two monitors: press "OK" on either to call the other and accept. With three monitors, each has an ID (1, 2, 3) shown top-left; press "Up" to call the next-higher ID, "Down" for the next-lower. The intercom feature auto-times out after 60 seconds.

Pairing

Resetting the Camera & Pairing the First Monitor

1. Remove the camera from the bracket (disconnect/reconnect the battery if the tamper alarm sounds).
2. Hold the reset button (paper clip) for 3-4 seconds — a single beep indicates pairing mode (lasts ~15 seconds).
3. On the monitor, select "Match code" from Pairing in Setup — the monitor displays "Success" and both units beep three times.
4. Reconnect power and return the camera to the bracket, then confirm by pressing the doorbell button.

Pairing Additional Monitors or Cameras

Additional monitor: On the first monitor, select "Give code" from Pairing; on the new monitor, select "Receive code" (displays "Success," beeps 3x, first monitor times out after ~20 seconds). Confirm with a doorbell test call. Up to 3 total monitors are supported.

Additional camera: Put the camera in pairing mode by holding reset 7-8 seconds (beeps at ~4 and ~8 seconds); select "Give code" on any paired monitor; the camera beeps 3x on success; reconnect power and confirm with a doorbell test.

Tamper Alarm

Activates whenever the camera is removed from the bracket. To disable: return the camera to the bracket, or repeatedly press "OK" on all paired monitors; if it persists, unplug the camera and monitors and remove/reinsert batteries. To permanently disable, use the Alarm setting in Setup.

Warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original sale date.
