Installation manual for the Russound USRC Universal System Remote Control, for Russound and A-BUS audio systems.
Installation manual for the Russound USRC Universal System Remote Control, for use with Russound and A-BUS® distributed audio systems.
The USRC Remote Control is a complete solution for all remote control requirements. It's designed to operate source devices and all Russound and A-BUS audio systems via the system keypad or IR receivers. It comes pre-programmed to control Russound devices, and also features learning capabilities to add other devices.
The USRC ships pre-programmed with an extensive database of setup codes covering cable converters, satellite receivers, TVs, VCRs, DVD players, CD players, amplifiers, receivers, and audio accessories from hundreds of brands worldwide (e.g. Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, LG, Philips, RCA, Toshiba, Vizio, Denon, Onkyo, Marantz, Yamaha, and many more). If your source device brand isn't controlling correctly with the default Russound/A-BUS setup, consult the full brand/model code tables in the downloadable PDF to locate and program the correct 5-digit code for that device category (Cable Converters, Satellite Receivers, TV, VCR, DVD, CD, Amplifiers, Receivers, Audio Accessories).
The complete code reference spans dozens of brands per device category — refer to the original PDF (linked above) for the full lookup tables organized by device type and manufacturer.
USRC manual, Rev. 2, part no. 28-1382 (09.08.15).
