Installation instructions for OnQ DSC Mounting Plates — the DSC Universal Mounting Plate and DSC 1555 Mounting Plate, used to install DSC security controllers into any OnQ Service Center Enclosure.

Overview

OnQ DSC Mounting Plates are used with DSC Security Systems and can be installed in any OnQ Service Center Enclosure.

Description

• DSC 1555 Mounting Plate: a half-width plate that supports the DSC 1555 security controller.
• DSC Universal Mounting Plate: a full-width plate that supports DSC 832 or 1555 security controllers; the full-width size also allows placement of expander modules.

Installation — Mounting in OnQ Enclosure

1. Align tabs on the mounting plate with slots in the enclosure
2. Insert tabs by angling the mounting plate away from the back of the enclosure
3. Rotate the mounting plate and insert fasteners on the mounting plate into corresponding holes on the rail of the enclosure (the plunger must be in a pulled position for the fastener to engage the hole)
4. Push the plunger in to lock the mounting plate in place. Pull on the plate to ensure it is locked properly in place.
