Installation and wiring instructions for the NuTone ElectraValve central vacuum inlet valve, which can be installed at any distance from the electrical box.
The NuTone ElectraValve® is a household central vacuum system valve designed to eliminate the constraint of fixed wire lengths. Unlike previous designs, the ElectraValve can be installed at any distance from the electrical box because the low-voltage control wiring is run separately from the vacuum inlet valve.
Rating: Maximum 110V, 2.0 amperage. All installations must comply with local electrical codes.
These instructions are a reference guide only — always defer to local electrical codes.
One Year Limited Warranty. NuTone warrants products free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of original purchase. During this period, NuTone will repair or replace (at its option) any defective product/part under normal use. Excludes consumables, normal maintenance, misuse, negligence, accident, improper repair, or faulty installation. Warranty is the purchaser's sole remedy; NuTone is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (some states do not allow this limitation).
Warranty service: Call 1-888-336-6151, provide the model number, part identification, and nature of the defect, along with proof of original purchase date. Residents of Alaska/Hawaii write to: Broan-NuTone LLC, Attn: Technical Services, 926 West State Street, Hartford, Wisconsin, 53027. www.nutone.com
