SLe-GSM Overview

The SLe-GSM is a universal backup or primary GSM/GPRS alarm communicator that reports full-event alarm data from virtually any control panel brand to any central station — no radio activation fee and no special equipment required.

• Compatible with panels communicating in Contact ID and 4/2 formats.

Radio Communications

• Provides Primary and Backup Mode reporting, jumper-selectable:
  • Primary mode — radio provides Tip and Ring line feed voltage to the control panel and reports all panel alarms via GPRS.
  • Backup mode — radio detects when the premise's telco line is cut or the panel can't reach the central station, and reports via GPRS only in those instances.
• Reports Contact ID and 4/2 format.
