Overview

Prima is Napco's all-in-one system for security, fire, video, and automation, built around a slim, 7" touchscreen panel with a 5-step setup wizard and one-button "Go-Live" central-station connection. Smart Self-Healing Wi-Fi keeps video cameras and doorbells connected automatically, correcting network connectivity issues behind the scenes to reduce truck rolls. The system supports voice-assistant control, a 4MP onboard camera, 2-way live video, and a full dealer back-end dashboard for account management. Prima is available in two cost-saving kits (with or without a video doorbell), plus a full line of accessories.
