MedReady 1650 Function Description & Website Reporting

The system can e-mail a designated party for various events. If there is a non-compliance issue, a jammed/broken unit, or an extended power outage, the monitoring website is notified via the unit's modem. The website then calls up to three phone numbers and/or sends an e-mail notice. The unit requests the recipient press "1" on the phone to confirm receipt of the message.

Status Codes (as shown on the web reporting page)

    Code Color Meaning
2 White No alarms since last check-in; the device calls every 24 hours to confirm the phone line is working.
4 Green Medications were taken at the scheduled time.
6 Orange Alarm sounded for a set timeout period and medication was not taken in time. "Called #" appears if the person pressed 1 after hearing the message.
7 Red The unit is experiencing a malfunction or jam (possibly overfilled). "Call Failed #" appears if nobody picked up the phone.
8 Yellow The device has been disconnected from power for over 24 hours. Shown when the caregiver prefers e-mail notification over a phone call.
0 — After a 6, 7, or 8 event, the system called the phone number on file but the person answering did not press 1.
10 — Unit disabled by user.
11 — Unit enabled by user.
12 — Scheduled dose time skipped.
