Overview

The CaretakerSentry Kit (part 40911) includes a base station and a basic waterproof pendant rated to IPX7. The pendant has a 3-year battery life, and up to 9 pendants can be taught to a single base.

Features

• Fully Supervised — Pendants communicate with the base station every 13 hours to confirm proper connection. The central station is contacted in the event of a power outage, low battery, or loss of RF signal, or if 4 reports are missed in a row.
• Audible Prompts — Audible prompts play during system setup, programming, testing, and full system checks. English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese voice prompts are standard.
• SOS Call — Emergency calls can be placed by pressing the "Emergency" button on either the pendant or the base unit. Braille lettering is included on the base unit buttons.
• Speaker Phone — A built-in speaker phone provides communication upon system activation.
• Built-in Line-Seizure — Allows the local telephone line to be seized during an emergency call.
• Status Indicators — Phone connection, backup battery status, pendant, and AC power status are displayed by 4 LEDs.
• Caretaker Button — Program an additional phone number (family, friend, or a nurse assist hotline) that's called only upon activation of the "Caretaker" button on the base unit.
• Programming — Program to any central station. Set primary and secondary receiver numbers, 4-digit account number, and 4-digit dealer code. Choose monthly, weekly, or daily test timers. Can be programmed remotely over the phone.
• Battery Back-Up — The base unit includes rechargeable batteries providing up to 24 hours of emergency battery power during a power outage.
