Installation instructions for Leviton's System Matching Module with Auto Surge (Cat. No. SGAMP) — distributes a single stereo amplifier/receiver output to multiple room speaker zones.
Installation instructions for Leviton's System Matching Module with Auto Surge (Cat. No. SGAMP) — used to distribute a single stereo amplifier or receiver output to multiple room speaker zones.
| Input Power Rating | 225 Watts peak, 150 Watts RMS continuous |
| Frequency Response | 10-40kHz, ±0.5dB |
| Connector | Screw-tight type, removable connector block |
| Wire Type | 18 to 14 gauge stranded wire |
| Dimensions | 2.5"H x 6.4"W x 4.5"D |
| Color | White |
Note: Independent volume controls for each room are not required, but if used, they provide individual volume level control per room. Be careful that multiple volume controls connected to the module do not overload the stereo amplifier or receiver — check the volume control's instructions for the maximum number of controls that can be connected.
Note: To install the module into a Leviton Structured Media Center®, use the Push-Lock Pins to firmly snap the metal bracket onto the enclosure.
The amplifier's left and right speaker outputs feed into the System Matching Module, which distributes to multiple room zones — each zone terminal pair (labeled Room 1, Room 2, etc.) drives a left/right speaker pair for that room.
