    Overview

    Leviton's Decora Smart family of Zigbee-enabled lighting controls is designed for any smart home using a Zigbee hub, gateway, or controller. The line includes in-wall lighting controls with full-range dimming and switching, plus plug-in modules — all Zigbee 3.0 certified and compatible with popular control systems including the Xfinity Home Touch Screen, Amazon Echo Plus, and Echo Show (2nd Gen).

    Devices connect wirelessly to compatible Zigbee hubs for remote lighting control, scheduling, and inclusion in scene-based lighting and other home automation activities — helping control lights from anywhere, reduce energy consumption, and enhance home wellness through customized lighting.

    Decora Smart Zigbee 3.0 products use Leviton's popular Decora form factor and styling, with compatible accessories including three-way companion remotes, color-change kits, and wall plates. Zigbee 3.0 is backwards compatible with previous Zigbee generations and uses mesh networking for reliable, secure communication with a wide variety of certified smart products (sensors, thermostats, locks, and more). The devices support LED and CFL lighting as well as incandescent, halogen, and fluorescent load types.

    Wiring

    The DG6HD (dimmer) and DG15S (switch) use single-pole wiring — see the manufacturer's wiring diagram included with the unit for line, load, and neutral connections. The DG15A and DG3HL are plug-in devices requiring no hardwiring.
