Specification and selection guide for Legrand's line of Premium HDMI Cables — copper and AOC fiber options supporting 4K UltraHD, HDR, and Deep Color for professional installations.

    Overview

As digital content and video technology continue to evolve, selecting the right HDMI cable becomes vital in supporting the latest advances. Legrand offers HDMI solutions to support any professional installation, in both copper and AOC (Active Optical Cable) fiber constructions.

Copper: 18Gbps Premium HDMI Cables with Ethernet

Tested and certified through the Premium HDMI Certification Program, these cables reliably deliver the full 18Gbps bandwidth necessary to support 4K UltraHD. Each Premium HDMI cable has been verified to meet requirements of the HDMI 2.0b specification and is marked with the official HDMI Certification label to ensure authenticity.

Copper: 10Gbps High-Speed HDMI Cables with Ethernet

Ideal for installations where users will not be displaying content beyond 1080P resolution, these cables deliver uncompressed high definition audio and video, as well as Ethernet connectivity.

AOC Fiber: 18Gbps Active Optical HDMI Fiber Cables

Unlike copper 18Gbps HDMI cables, which are limited in distance to 7 meters, AOC HDMI cables reliably distribute 4K UltraHD in installations up to 75 meters. Constructed with plastic optical fiber instead of glass, they allow flexible installation in tight spaces. These cables are solely powered by the source device and have color-coded cable ends to minimize installation errors.

    Features

    • Full range of High Speed HDMI cables to support 10.2 and 18.6 Gbps bandwidth applications.
    • In-wall copper HDMI cables are tri-rated CMG, CL2-3, and FT4 for residential or commercial use.
    • In-wall AOC Fiber HDMI cable is CMP rated for universal compliance.
    • Slimline HDMI cables offer flexibility and better cable management for connections outside the wall.
    • 18Gbps HDMI cables offer an enhanced retention grip for a more secure connection.
