    Cutout dimensions and retrofit installation instructions for the On-Q/Legrand In-Wall Enclosure for recessed AV component storage and media distribution.

    Overview

    The On-Q/Legrand In-Wall Enclosure recesses into a wall cavity to house AV components and structured media distribution wiring. It is available in two sizes — 9" and 17" — and is designed for straightforward retrofit installation into existing walls.

    Retrofit Installation

    Wall Prep

    After the desired height is identified, use a stud finder to locate the vertical stud locations. Press the front of the enclosure against the wall surface and trace the outline. Use a drywall saw to cut the box outline.
