How Keen Home Zoning Works
"The Perfect Temperature In Any Room." A traditional HVAC system pushes the same amount of air to every room regardless of need, leaving some rooms too hot and others too cold. The Keen Home system replaces (or supplements) regular vents with Smart Vents that individually regulate airflow per room, paired with a Temp Sensor per zone and a Smart Bridge hub — letting each room hold its own target temperature instead of one thermostat setting for the whole house.

The App
The Keen Home app lets you control the whole zoning system from your phone:
- Schedule when rooms are occupied — control how much air reaches each room to enhance comfort and reduce energy usage.
- Set a specific temperature for any room — automatically balances temperature throughout the home.
- Connect a smart thermostat — supports Nest and ecobee (ecobee4, ecobee3, ecobee3 lite, and room sensors), plus a growing list of smart home integrations.
- Manually control airflow levels per room to ensure proper ventilation.
