    Overview

    The HNC-8 (Part# HNC-8) is a composite "home networking" cable containing 2x CAT6 23 AWG UTP cables and 2x RG6/U Quad Shield coax cables, bundled and jacketed together on a 500 ft spool. It's built for installers running combined data + video infrastructure to a single location (e.g., a media panel, wall plate, or structured wiring enclosure) without pulling separate cable runs.

    Mechanical Characteristics

    Test object: Jacket. Test material: PVC. Before-aging tensile strength ≥13.5 MPa with ≥150% elongation. After aging at 100°C for 168 hours, tensile strength ≥12.5 MPa with ≥125% elongation. Cold bend test at −20°C (±2°C) for 4 hours produces no cracking.

    Supplied on a 500 ft plywood drum. Packing mark and reel configuration per contract/request; appearance requirement is "orderliness."
