Specification sheet for the HID ProxPoint™ Proximity Card Reader (GE Security part numbers 6005 Wiegand and 6008 Clock-and-Data). This compact, fully-potted reader mounts directly on metal and works with all standard access control systems.
The ProxPoint reader is a small, unobtrusive proximity card reader designed for both indoor and outdoor use. All reader electronics are potted, making it weatherized and vandal-resistant. It's available in two interface types:
