    Installation and operation instructions for the HAI Model 89A00-1ZB 15A Plug-in Load Control Module (LCM) with built-in ZigBee module (65A26-1). Controls appliances, fans, and lamps up to 15A general purpose. For indoor use only.

    Description

    The 89A00-1ZB is a plug-in load control module intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local codes/regulations. Retain the manual for reference.

    ZigBee Setup

    Enrolling the LCM to a ZigBee Network

    1. Confirm the LCM is not already enrolled (blinking 1/second at 50% On). If enrolled, disband it first (see below).
    2. Press and hold the pushbutton for 5+ seconds until the LED changes to blinking 7 times/second.
    3. Enroll the device using a ZigBee Interface Module (ZIM).
    4. Verify enrollment by confirming the LED blinks 1 time/second at 10% On (normal operation).

    Disbanding the LCM from a ZigBee Network

    1. Confirm the LCM is currently in a network (any LED state except blinking 1/second at 50% On).
    2. Press and hold the pushbutton for 6-8 seconds.
    3. Release the pushbutton for 6-8 seconds.
    4. Press and hold the pushbutton again for 6-8 seconds, until the LED changes to blinking 1/second at 50% On.
    5. Device is now disbanded.

    LED Status Indicator

    Status Rate Description
    OFF 0% On Device is malfunctioning, connected improperly, or has no power.
    ON 100% On Device is in override mode; the load is turned off.
    SHORT BLINK 1/Second, 10% On In-network, operating normally.
    LONG BLINK 1/Second, 50% On Not currently in a network.
    QUICK BLINK 7/Second, 50% On Trying to join a network (sending beacons).
    FAULT 2/Second, 20% On Device is experiencing a fault condition.
