3-Year Limited Lifetime Warranty terms for Evolve Technologies ShowerStart products (including the ShowerStart TSV shower valve).

Warranty Coverage

Evolve Technologies warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product, at Evolve Technologies' sole option.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

1. Contact an Evolve Technologies representative to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Return the product with transportation charges prepaid.
3. Include a brief description of the problem, along with proof of purchase date and place.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to equipment that has been damaged by accident, negligence, or misapplication, or that has been altered or modified in any way. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only.
