Eissound KBSOUND STAR App — Quick Reference Guide

Quick reference guide for the Eissound KBSOUND STAR mobile app — Bluetooth pairing and connection instructions for the KBSOUND STAR multi-room audio system. This card is published in multiple languages; the steps below are the English-language version.

1. App Installation

Download the KBSOUND STAR app from your device's app store (Android or iOS) and install it as usual.

2. Bluetooth Pairing and Connection

1. Be sure the MASTER unit is powered and within Bluetooth range for connection.
2. Tap the KBSOUND STAR App icon on your device.
3. Tap the "Pair a new device" button (or "Re-scan" if the device doesn't appear right away).
4. Select the MASTER unit from the list. The device ID and password (default password: 1234) can be found on the label attached to the bottom of the MASTER unit.
5. Select the previously paired device from the list on subsequent connections.
6. The app is now ready to operate the MASTER unit and control FM/DAB listening.

Device Support

Instructions are provided separately for both Android and iOS devices in the original guide — the pairing flow (Bluetooth scan → password entry → connect) is the same on both platforms, with minor differences in dialog appearance.
