    Overview

    These kits install and hide unwanted audio/video (A/V) cables behind a flat panel TV, amplifier, or other A/V device, giving the installation a clean, professional finish.

    Installation Steps

    • Determine the location of the flat panel TV, amplifier, or A/V device
    • Cut a hole in the wall and install the low voltage mounting bracket
    • Pull the cables through the low voltage mounting bracket and then through the recessed cable plate
    • Insert the recessed cable plate into the installed mounting bracket and secure with the included screws

    The kits come with simple instructions for a quick, easy installation.

    Important — National Electrical Code (NEC): NEC does not allow the installation of the TV power cord or an extension cord behind the wall. These kits are for A/V signal cable routing only — they do not include a power pass-through.
