Overview

This kit installs power and hides unwanted audio/video (A/V) cables in the wall behind a flat panel TV, bringing a clean, professional finish to the installation. Since the kit does not connect to your home's existing wiring, there is no contact with live electrical circuits — it works by extending an outlet through the wall to a second plate, not by tapping into house wiring.

How It Works

To install, connect the two Recessed Cable Plates using the supplied electrical wire. Plug the female end of the extension cord into the Recessed Cable Plate with Straight Blade Inlet, and the male end into a surge protector or power outlet. This connection brings power to the TV or A/V equipment. The kit comes with simple instructions for a quick, easy installation.
