Troubleshooting steps for connecting the Chamberlain Smart Garage Hub to your Wi-Fi network, including factory reset.
Troubleshooting guide for connecting the Chamberlain Smart Garage™ Hub (MYQ-G0301) to your Wi-Fi® network. If the hub won't connect, this guide walks through erasing the Wi-Fi settings and, if needed, restoring the hub to factory default.
Erasing the Wi-Fi settings lets you reset just the Wi-Fi configuration on the Smart Garage Hub without losing other programming.
Warning: Restoring factory default erases the Wi-Fi settings, door sensors, removes the device from the MyQ account, and erases any remotes or keyless entries programmed to it.
If the lights on the hub are blinking blue and green simultaneously, you will need to unplug your router to erase the Wi-Fi settings or restore factory default.
