    Product specification sheet for Arlington Industries' "The SCOOP" reversible cable entrance wallplates — models CER1, CER1BL, CER2, and CER2BL. These non-metallic plates protect and route existing low-voltage cable that's already run through a wall, and mount facing either direction (IN or OUT) for installation flexibility.

    Overview

    The SCOOP entrance plates are designed for low-voltage (Class 2 only) cable — coax, phone, speaker wire, network cable, etc. — that's already been pulled through a wall and needs a clean, weatherproof-style cover at the wallplate. The lower plate is removable for easier access to cable that's already routed, and the whole unit is reversible so the scoop opening can face in or out depending on the cable routing direction needed.

    Installation

    Each SCOOP plate mounts directly to the wall with drywall screws. For added support on new construction, mount to one of Arlington's low-voltage mounting brackets, LV1 through LV4. To reverse the orientation, remove the lower plate, rotate the scoop opening to face IN or OUT as needed, then reinstall and secure the lower plate.
