Product specification sheet for Arlington Industries' "The SCOOP" single-piece reversible cable entrance wallplates — models CE1, CE1BL, CE2, CE2BL, CEH1, and CEH1BL. These non-metallic plates protect and route existing low-voltage cable pulled through a wall, in both vertical (CE) and horizontal (CEH) orientations.
Like the two-piece CER series, these SCOOP plates are for low-voltage (Class 2 only) cable that's already routed through a wall — coax, phone, speaker wire, network cable, etc. They protect the cable at the wall opening and provide a finished, paintable look. This single-piece version is reversible so the scoop can face IN or OUT, and the CEH variant offers a horizontal footprint for tighter installation spots.

Each SCOOP plate mounts directly to the wall with drywall screws. For added support on new construction, mount to one of Arlington's low-voltage mounting brackets, LV1 through LV4. The CE2 can be installed with the scoop facing IN (cable enters from inside the wall cavity) or facing OUT (cable is already present and routed externally) — pick the orientation that matches how the cable was run.
