Alfred Connect V2 Wi-Fi Bridge — User Guide

User guide for the Alfred Connect V2 Wi-Fi bridge, which links your Alfred Smart Lock to your home network for remote access and voice assistant control.

Quick Start

1. Download the Alfred Home App from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
2. Plug in the Connect V2: Plug your Connect V2 Wi-Fi bridge into an outlet so it can prime for the pairing process. For optimal connection, the outlet should be within 10–15 ft of your Alfred Smart Lock.
3. Pair with the app: Sign in to your Alfred Home App on your mobile device. Tap the icon in the top right corner of the app, then select "Alfred Connect." You'll be asked to scan the QR code attached to your Connect V2 device to complete pairing.

Indicators

• Solid Blue Light: Network connected.
• Slow Flashing Blue Light: Connecting to network.
• Flashing Blue & Red Light: Ready to add new locks or network resetting.
• Flashing Red Light: Firmware updating or Alfred Connect resetting.

Attention: Do not power off the device when the red light is flashing!

Reset Process

The Reset Button is located on the back of the device.

• Network reset: Hold the Reset button for 4 seconds.
• Hub reset: Hold the Reset button for 9 seconds.

Voice Assistant Setup

For both Hey Google and Amazon Alexa voice assistant setup, follow the linking procedures within your voice assistant app of choice to complete the setup process. This is NOT done within the Alfred Home App — it's configured separately in the Google Home or Alexa app.
