The ABB-Welcome IP H8138.K-. is an IP keypad outdoor station used as part of the ABB-Welcome IP video intercom system. It combines a camera, speaker/microphone, LCD display with ID/IC card reader, and a numeric keypad for calling residents or a guard unit, and for releasing electric door locks.
This device is part of the ABB-Welcome IP system and may only be used with accessories from that system.

In standby mode, press [#*] + system password + [#] to access the Menu screen. The default system password is 345678 — this must be changed on first access and cannot be reused as the permanent password. Passwords cannot use continuously increasing/decreasing digits (e.g. 123456) or three consecutive identical digits (e.g. 123444).
If an incorrect password is entered 10 times within 5 minutes, no further attempts are permitted for the next 5 minutes.
Key settings menus include: Engineering settings (device type/number, mode select — Compatible vs. Security mode, call mode), Access control settings (public/private password, card enrollment), and System settings (voice volume, key tone, ringtone, date/time, Wiegand bits, default/auxiliary lock assignment, unlock time, alarms, lift settings, anti-flicker frequency).
Outdoor station: in standby mode enter the room number (e.g. 0101), press [*] to end the call. Gate station: enter building no. + room no. (e.g. 020101). If "Call forward" is enabled, calls transfer to the guard unit.
Press the guard unit key in standby mode; press [*] to end the call.
If an incorrect password is entered 10 times within 5 minutes, the system locks out further attempts for 5 minutes.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. If interference occurs, try reorienting/relocating the receiving antenna, increasing separation between equipment, connecting to a different outlet circuit, or consulting a technician.
