Overview

The PowerCurve2.4 uses a metal oxide varistor (MOV) to divert excess voltage away from connected electronics whenever incoming voltage exceeds the standard 120V. It combines five rotating AC outlets with two USB charging ports in a compact, flexible form factor designed to accommodate bulky adapter plugs.

Safety Warnings

• Indoor use only — do not use near water.
• Do not plug an extension cord, power strip, wall tap, or adapter into the PowerCurve2.4 (no daisy-chaining surge protectors).
• Only use with a grounded (3-hole) outlet.
• Do not exceed the unit's electrical ratings.
• Do not use with heaters, generators, ovens (conventional or microwave), sump pumps, water-related devices, life-support or medical devices, or vehicle battery chargers.
• Stop using the unit if the blue "Protected" LED is not lit — this means the surge protection capacity has been used up.
• Do not attempt to alter or repair the unit.

Product Anatomy

• 5 rotating AC outlets — each outlet rotates 360° for flexibility with bulky plugs; fully insert a plug and turn to fit.
• 2 USB outlets — for charging smartphones, tablets, and similar USB devices.
• Advanced surge protector circuit — the internal MOV that absorbs transient voltage spikes.
• Blue "Protected" LED — stays lit under normal operation. If it goes dark, the unit has absorbed a surge and sacrificed its protective capacity — replace the unit.
• Green "Grounded" LED — confirms the outlet you're plugged into is properly grounded. If it doesn't light, use a different outlet.
• ON/OFF switch — controls power to all AC outlets; also serves as a reset switch if overloaded (switch off, then back on).
• Power cord — 14-gauge shielded/jacketed cord.

Quick Setup

1. Plug your devices into the PowerCurve2.4's rotating outlets. Use the USB ports for charging tablets, smartphones, and other USB devices.
2. To fit a bulky adapter, plug it into one of the 360° rotating outlets and turn to fit others around it.
3. Plug the PowerCurve2.4 into a grounded wall outlet.
4. Flip the switch to the "ON" position. The "Protected" and "Grounded" LEDs should illuminate.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules, providing reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

360 Electrical warrants this product to the original purchaser for the life of the product against manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials, assembly, or design. The "life" of the surge protector is defined as the period during which it retains its surge-protection capacity — once exceeded, the "Protected" LED will no longer illuminate. At 360 Electrical's discretion, defective units are repaired or replaced at no cost to the original purchaser.

Connected Equipment Limited Warranty

360 Electrical's Connected Equipment Warranty covers equipment damaged or destroyed by transient voltage while properly connected to a properly functioning 360 Electrical surge protector, for the actual damage to that equipment, up to $100,000 (Model 360571), provided the product was originally purchased in the United States. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, negligence, accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification/repair.

How to Make a Claim

1. Visit 360electrical.com and follow the claims process, or contact 360 Electrical directly.
2. Provide the part number for the surge protector.
3. Explain in writing the extent of the damage to the connected equipment and the date it occurred.
4. Provide a copy of the original purchase receipt for both the surge protector and the damaged equipment.
5. Provide evidence of the damage (photos, the equipment itself, etc.).
6. Call 800-364-8500 for assistance in forwarding equipment for claim processing.
