    Product specifications for the 2GIG Rely security system — a DIY-installable, self-contained security console sold and monitored by dealers.

    Overview

    The 2GIG Rely is a compact, self-contained security system with multiple professional monitoring options, designed to be sold through dealers who can install as usual or offer it as a do-it-yourself product. The console can be wall-mounted or placed on a counter/desk using the included desk mount, and is powered with a battery-backed power supply. Installation is as simple as plugging in the panel, which automatically syncs to the back-end. Sensors can be pre-learned by the dealer or associated by the end-user via a simple scan-and-add process in the 2GIG Rely App.

    • Internal cellular radio for communication (3G GSM AT&T)
    • Piezo sounder for alarm siren, voice/tone chimes, system status notifications, keypad presses
    • LCD screen and backlit buttons with adjustable brightness

    Easy to Program & Install

    2GIG Rely is designed to walk customers step-by-step through installation, programming, and testing using the Rely smartphone/tablet app (iOS and Android), which includes in-app installation videos with best practices for each sensor and site.

    Rely App

    Every monitored 2GIG Rely system uses the Rely App to control the system. The app requires a PIN or Touch ID and lets users arm/disarm to Stay or Away modes, plus configure notifications for status updates and alerts.

    Secure Cellular Communication

    The integrated cellular radio communicates with the Alarm Monitoring Center and the Rely App, protecting the home without requiring a traditional phone line.
