Home Controls offers same-day shipping for in-stock products ordered via credit card/PayPal before 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Our huge inventory assures you the most timely delivery possible!

FREE Economy Standard Shipping for Orders $100 and Over
No promo code is needed during checkout.
Home Controls offers FREE ground economy standard shipping on domestic orders greater than $100 within the contiguous 48 states. Orders less than $100 will be subject to $7.95 shipping charge. Our free standard shipping method for domestic orders is by ground service, provided by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Your order will ship by our preferred shipping method unless otherwise selected during checkout. Offer excludes select heavy or dimensional products. Home Controls retains the right to charge additional shipping costs on select heavy or large dimensional orders. If your order does not qualify for economy standard shipping, then our regular standard shipping option will display in your shopping cart. Home Controls is not responsible for errors in shipping price display, and we reserve the right to contact you if your order will incur additional shipping charges. Usually this only occurs on heavy or dimensional orders.
We also offer Expedited, Second Day Air, Next Day, and Saturday shipping for an additional charge. Please specify when ordering.
Post Office Box addresses are only accepted for USPS shipments. For UPS shipment options, orders must be shipped to a physical street address.
Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 7 days. Valid for all online and phone orders. Domestic USA only. Excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Does not include international orders.

Domestic Shipping
- Our standard shipping method for domestic orders to the continental United States is by ground service with an average 4 to 7 business day delivery time.
- For Second Day Air delivery in the continental United States, delivery time for in-stock items is typically 1 to 3 days. Second Day Air charges are based on and discounted from current carrier freight charges.
- Next Day delivery is available. Next Day charges are based on and discounted from current common carrier freight charges. (UPS Saturday delivery is limited to UPS service areas.)
- Certain heavy or bulky products may incur extra dimensional weight charges that are not automatically calculated by the shipping calculator. If your order contains products that meet this criteria, Home Controls will contact you prior to shipping to get your approval for any additional shipping charges.
International Shipping
- All international orders over $500.00 U.S. must be paid via PayPal or wire transfer. Contact Customer Service for wire transfer instructions.
- Shipping cost includes insurance.
- The total charge for your order covers the cost of the products and shipping only. You are responsible for all import and other charges your country may require, such as but not limited to taxes, tariffs, duties, etc.

Orders
We request information from our customers through our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
