    Leviton’s Basic Home Networking Plus Panel combines a Telephone Patching Expansion Board, Cat5e Voice & Data Board and a 6-way 2 GHz Video Splitter in a dedicated bracket. This offers your connected home essential telephone, video distribution and home networking.

    • Handles up to six 4-line telephone connections and routes video to 6 locations.
    • Provides data or telephone to 6 remote locations.
    • Fits into any Leviton Structured Media enclosure or used as a stand-alone unit.

    Leviton’s pre-configured panels combine the most popular voice, data and radio frequency modules to create an economical, one stop home media distribution point. Some modules are available in expansion styles to fill unused panel slots. Choose the pre-configured combination that best meets your needs and then enhance it with expansion boards or stand alone modules.

    Design Considerations

    • Determine outlet locations and carefully plan cable routing to ensure the selected unit satisfies requirements. Expansion boards available separately.
    • Install 75 Ohm termination caps on unused outputs of 6-way 2 GHz Video Splitter to reduce signal distortion or ghosting.
    • Use Video Amplifier (48210-VA) for increased signal strength.
