Once the injector is connected to an Ethernet switch it can deliver data signals and supply power to a PoE enabled device such as an IP camera, IP access control device, an IEEE 802.3af/at compliant network accessory, or other PoE device using a Cat5e or Cat6 cable. This enables you to install a PoE device in an area where a power outlet isn't nearby or available, making installation simple without having to use an extra external power supply. The Injector can also convert 100 to 240 VAC to low voltage DC and support up to 30W on 2 pairs and data speeds up to 10/100/1000 Mbps. Additionally, the Seco-Larm ENFORCER 30W PoE Injector has a plug-and-play design and features LEDs to indicate the power supply input and PoE output.
