This kit includes a sensor and room indicator that can be programmed in three different ways to detect occupancy: PIR (movement), phototransistor (light), or door sensor input (switch). It also features a built-in buzzer and service button input for when occupants may need assistance. And it's easy to install, just mount it to a wall and connect power to it via the included micro USB cable and any USB adapter (sold separately).
