You'll need the NuTone Central Vacuum E-Box in order to combine an old-style NuTone rough-in kit, such as the CI395RK, with the new Electra-Valve II Wall Inlets (sold separately). The old style plug will need to be cut off at the valve and the E-Box connector will need to be installed in its place to fit with the new wall valve.
