Installation Parts For The IST Master Station
The IST Intercom Rough-In Kit is primarily used to install the IST I2000 Master Station (I2000M), and in special cases, it is used to install the IST RETRO Master Station. The included housing unit screws in-between the wall studs approximately 50 inches off the floor before drywall installation. The included electrical outlet box mounts into a slot on the Master Station, and your dedicated 110V line connects to the wires provided on the electrical outlet box. The included 35-foot long AM/FM antenna mounts in the attic and connects to the Master Station to improve radio reception.
Need only the AM/FM Antenna, and not the entire Rough-In Kit? Alternatively purchase IST part # I2000ANT, available individually.
