The thermostat utilizes the included RedLINK 3.0 Indoor Sensor to maintain a target temperature different from the other rooms in your home. The Indoor Sensor also tracks motion and can automatically activate/deactivate the thermostat when someone enters/exits your prioritized room. Depending on the layout of your home and your activity schedule, programming an occupancy based temperature control may conserve energy and save you money on your electricity bill. Up to 20 RedLINK 3.0 Indoor Sensors can be installed throughout, allowing you to create the most comfortable environment for the entire family. With the RedLINK 3.0 Indoor Sensor and Resideo app, you'll be able to set smart scheduling, location-based temperature control, and smart alerts to be notified when there are extreme indoor temperatures.

The Honeywell T10+ Wi-Fi Pro Smart Thermostat and connected RedLINK 3.0 Room Sensors work together to automatically adjust the temperature of a room when it gets too hot or too cold, or when motion is detected. You can wake up to a comfortable cool temperature of 75°F and as you leave the bedroom to go to the kitchen and living room, the thermostat can prioritize those rooms to be cooler if they are warmer than 75°F. When it's time to go to bed, the bedroom can be prioritized again to be at your desired temperature so you can get another comfortable night of sleep. All of this can be programmed on the thermostat or with the Resideo app (for iOS or Android).
The Resideo app allows you to remote control the thermostat when you're away using a smartphone and provides prioritized scheduling, monitor usage, and enables other features such as geofencing technology so that the thermostat knows when you're coming or going, providing a comfortable temperature when you want it and saving energy when you're away.
The RedLINK 3.0 Indoor Sensor transmits back to the thermostat after it detects indoor temperature, humidity, or motion within a 200 ft. range. The sensor should be placed on an indoor wall about 5 ft. above the ground. Do not place it behind furniture or doors, in direct sunlight, or above air vents.
Installation Details
The T10+ Wi-Fi Pro Smart Thermostat is powered by 24 volts from the HVAC transformer using a C-Wire while the RedLINK 3.0 Room Sensor is powered by 3 AAA Alkaline batteries. The thermostat mounts onto a wall with the included UWP mounting system and cover plate. The RedLINK 3.0 Wireless Room Sensor mounts on a wall 5 feet above the ground and should not be placed behind furniture, above air vents, in direct sunlight or behind a door.
