The repeater receives power and data signals and then re-transmits the signals further over an extended length of Cat5e/6 4-pair UTP cable. This plug-and-play solution saves you money and hassle by eliminating the need to purchase additional hubs, switches, etc. Two repeaters can be used in series for a maximum transmission range of 1,116 feet.
