Monitor for Shattering Window Glass
Mount the 2GIG Wireless Glass Break Detector near any window(s) you wish to monitor, and if a window pane breaks, the detector will alert you through your GoControl security system or Vario wireless receiver. The lightweight, battery-powered sensor detects the sound of breaking glass up to 15 feet away. When wall-mounted, it provides a full 360-degree detection field of view, and when ceiling-mounted, 180 degrees. The detector has two LEDs to indicate detection of broken glass, power status, and test mode.

To reduce false alarms, the Glass Break Detector uses dual shatter recognition technology to assess possible alarms. The dual technology sensor detects both the acoustical sound of broken glass and the sound vibrations (low frequency soundwaves).
