This Z-Wave smart water leak sensor can help prevent water damage caused by flooding by sending alerts when water is detected in sensitive areas such as near water heaters, in laundry rooms, under bathroom or kitchen sinks, or in basements. It can also send alerts when water is not detected for a period of time. Add the sensor to your Z-Wave network to automatically send alerts, sound the alarm, or to immediately control a smart water valve to shut off the water supply whenever a water leak is detected. Additionally, it's built with shock sensor capabilities, which means the sensor will transmit a Z-Wave signal if it has been physically moved or tampered with.

Installation Details

The HomeSeer LS100 G8 Water Leak Sensor is designed for free-standing or wall-mounted installation. It includes a probe cable and magnetic wall mount. The probe cable allows you to place it in hard-to-reach areas where water can easily accumulate.
