Camera Setup
The SimplyTest SecuriTEST IP Tester assists in the setup and configuration of most camera types, providing the tools and features to simplify and speed up installation, troubleshooting, and testing. A suite of troubleshooting tools are available to pinpoint and solve network connectivity and hardware issues.
QuickIP™ automates the process of connecting to IP cameras, allowing novice technicians to configure IP cameras as easily as analog cameras. Finally, analog camera settings and PTZ protocol settings can also be configured.
- Configure Camera: Update camera information and network settings
- Aim & Focus: Use the high-resolution touchscreen or the hard keys when wearing gloves

The SecuriTEST IP Tester also offers a comprehensive range of ONVIF and non-ONVIF camera setup tools to ensure the camera is installed correctly. SecuriTEST IP is used in combination with the "Cable Tracer/Remote Tool" to pinpoint cabling faults such as water ingress, cross overs, miswires, shorts and opens. The length of the cabling can also be identified.
The included "Cable Tracer/Remote Tool" can also identify and trace cables using the digital tone generator. Choose from four tones and use the "Cable Tracer/Remote Tool" with variable sensitivity settings to trace either large cable bundles from a distance or pinpoint a single cable within a bundle.

The SecuriTEST IP Tester is the first camera tester to automatically document testing results and capture camera images for detailed reports. PDF reports are easily created in a professional format that installers or end-users can save, print, and digitally share.
Using the built-in Wi-Fi and the web browser, test reports can be sent directly from the Tester via email, your preferred file sharing service, or be exported on a microSD card. The tester's 18GB of combined storage, 10GB of internal memory and the included 8GB SD memory card, allows for multiple detailed reports with HD images and screenshots to be saved to the device.

- Power over Ethernet via PoE+ passthrough using both RJ45 ports
- Power via 2.5/3.5mm barrel connector while the Tester uses PoE
