EZ-RJPRO HD Crimp Tool
Crimp EZ connectors and standard modular plugs onto cables with larger jacket and conductor ODs using the Platinum Tools EZ-RJPRO HD Crimp Tool. Perfect for Cat5e, CAT6, and Cat5e/Cat6 shielded cables, the tool delivers a clean, flush trim with a patented "crimp and trim system". Its ratched, high leverage design helps professional installers achieve consistent terminations that meet FCC specifications every time.
Cat5e/6 Cable Jacket Stripper
Strip cable jackets without nicking the inner conductors using the Platinum Tools Cat5/6 Cable Jacket Stripper Tool. This stripping tool works with Cat5, Cat5e and Cat6 twisted pair cables, and no blade adjustments are necessary. The tool is housed in high-impact plastic and features a long-life steel cutting blade.
Electrician’s Scissors
The Platinum Tools Scissor-Run Electrician’s Scissors offer smooth cutting action for cutting wire, Kevlar, and foil in telecom, datacom, security, and electrical installations. They cut solid wire up to 16 AWG and stranded wire up to 12 AWG. The scissors also feature stripping notches to strip 19 and 23 AWG wire.

Included Connectors
Developed by Platinum Tools to simplify twisted pair terminations, the included EZ-RJ45 and EZ-RJ12/11 connectors allow wires to be inserted through the connector and out the front. This allows you to easily verify the proper wiring order. Electrical performance of the termination is optimized by pulling the connector down over the cable jacket and seating it tightly in the rear of the connector. By reducing the distance between the wire twists and contacts, performance is optimized!
