    Door marker/prep template for the Yale nexTouch™ Cylindrical Lock (part 80-8150-0032-010). This is the printable drilling template used by installers to mark and cut the bore holes for mounting the lock on wood or metal door frames.

    Overview

    The nexTouch Cylindrical Lock line covers four variants that share the same door prep:

    • NTB610 — Cylinder Override, Push Button
    • NTB620 — Cylinder Override, Cap Touch
    • NTB630 — No Cylinder Override, Push Button
    • NTB640 — No Cylinder Override, Cap Touch

    Using This Template

    This document is intended to be printed and used directly on the door as a drilling guide. Key notes when printing:

    • Print at 1:1 scale. Do not let your PDF viewer or printer auto-scale/fit the page.
    • Two 3" reference lines are printed on the template — measure both after printing to confirm your printer did not rescale the page.
    • The template includes markings for both square-edge and beveled-edge doors, high/low edge fold lines, and horizontal/vertical center lines.
    • Fold along the marked fold lines to wrap the template around the door edge for accurate alignment.
