Overview

This instruction sheet covers assembly of the ER-1, ER-148, and ER-184 equipment stands from Video Mount Products. All three models share the same basic assembly process, differing only in the specific part numbers used for triangle plates, base plates, and screws/nuts.

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1 — Lay Out Parts: Before starting, lay out all parts and match them to the parts list provided. Verify you have all parts before attempting assembly.
2. Step 2 — Attach Triangle Plates: Attach the triangle plates (item 4 for ER-1/ER-148, item 5 for ER-184) to the base plate (item 2 for ER-1/ER-148, item 3 for ER-184) using ¼"-20 screws (item 6 for ER-1/ER-148, item 7 for ER-184) and nuts (item 7 for ER-1/ER-148, item 8 for ER-184).
3. Step 3 — Attach Left and Right Supports: Attach the left (1A) and right (1B) supports to the triangle plates using the same ¼"-20 screws and nuts referenced above.
4. Step 4 — Attach Support Plate: Attach the support plate (item 3 for ER-1/ER-148, item 4B for ER-184) to the left and right supports using the ¼"-20 screws and nuts.

Please verify that all nuts and screws are securely tightened before use.
