Overview

The Telcare Blood Glucose Meter (BGM) is a stand-alone, wireless diabetes management device that automatically uploads every glucose reading to a secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud server — the Telserve Hub — without any cables, computer, or manual syncing required. It was the world's first wireless-enabled glucose meter, connecting patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams in real time.

How It Works

Each time you take a glucose reading, the meter's embedded wireless module uploads the result to Telserve. From there, you decide where your data goes: your own Telcare Patient Portal, your physician's Telcare Physician Portal, or the Telcare mobile apps. The meter stores the 300 most recent readings on-device, with unlimited history retained securely online.
