    Safety & Installation Warnings

    • Use only a certified/listed 12VDC Class 2 power supply. Do not connect two power sources to the device simultaneously — this can cause device damage.
    • The product must be grounded to reduce risk of electric shock. Improper handling/installation risks fire or electrical shock.
    • Avoid heavy stress, vibration, or water exposure during transport, storage, and installation.
    • Install in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources; avoid extreme temperatures.
    • Do not expose the camera to electromagnetic radiation — this may cause CMOS sensor failure.
    • Do not block ventilation openings or allow water/liquid intrusion.
    • Shut down and unplug power before performing any maintenance. Do not touch the CMOS sensor optic — use a blower for dust removal.
    • Clean the dome cover only with the recommended methods: for dirt, use an oil-free soft brush or hair dryer; for grease/fingerprints, use an oil-free cotton cloth or paper soaked with alcohol or detergent, wiping from the lens center outward.
    • Should be installed by qualified personnel only; unauthorized modification voids the warranty.

    Port Name Function
Port 1 Ethernet port Network data in/out and PoE

    Installation Overview

Note: Before installation, ensure the mounting surface can support at least 3 times the weight of the camera.

    1. Turn the decoration ring counter-clockwise and remove it.
    2. Position the installation template on the wall or ceiling. Drill holes per the template, insert expansion bolts, and secure firmly. Adjust the device pedestal into position, pull the cable through the exit hole, and secure the pedestal with self-tapping screws into the expansion bolts.
    3. Adjust the monitoring direction and reattach the compression cover on the pedestal.
    4. Align and rotate the decoration ring clockwise to secure it in place.
    5. Install the waterproof connector for the network port: fit the rubber ring into the network port (convex groove outward, smaller hole outward), route the network cable through the connector body/fixing ring/locking cover, crimp the crystal head, then rotate the connector body and locking cover clockwise to lock everything in place.
